Every Tuesday, from 9:15 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., E.S.T.,
starting January 10th, we will be having a LIVE CHAT on healthy living issues

We can discuss topics of your choice.  Please email me with your topic ideas and questions.  Some of the topics that are sure to come up are:
