Journey On the Weigh to Self™

Did you ever wonder HOW someone makes the journey
FROM body critical dieting TO self-care and self-acceptance? 
How the heck did they do that?!

Now you will have a chance to travel along journeys like this with several of my clients.  As time goes by, you will find more and more client journals for you to read.  We are starting off with just a few.

I will be selecting specific Lifestyle Coaching Clients who will journal online for your to read along.   The journaler will be anonymous, having changed their name and details that may identify them.  The journaler maintains his/her privacy, yet you get to follow along the journey that is made.

Over time, I will select clients of various ages and stages of life.  You will be able to read about issues in their life that are similar to issues in your life.

I think these Journals will be a cross between a therapeutic experience for the reader ... and a soap opera.  We human beings are fascinating!  Enjoy and learn from the "Journeys On the Weight to Self™."

Current Journals

Liz has spent decades in the diet wars. Travel with her as she negotiates her self-care, work, hubby, house, pets, and more ... and learns to love all of Liz.

Current Journal - Follow Liz on her current journey as she is making peace within herself and with her body.

Melissa is a young woman enjoying her career, facing the challenges of dating and seeking a LTR, and learning to love herself inside and out.

Seasonal Journal - gives a seasonal summary of Melissa's journey toward self-acceptance and self-care.

Sally is in the middle of her journey from dieting to internally motivated eating ... NON-dieting. She has "done it all" and is now finding a better way.

Intermittent Journal - shows Sally's diary of her progress with life issues, eating, dieting, and finding her true self!
